C1 Parametric Compander TDM from Waves is a dynamics processor plug-in featuring three distinct modules. The Compressor/Expander, Gate/Expander, Filter/EQ sections allow the plug-in to fulfill multiple functions, either as separate processors, or combined for maximum flexibility.

- Bypass - enables or disables the module
- LowRef Mode - low level reference conventional compressor operating mode
- PeakRef Mode - peak level reference preserves peak levels (auto makeup gain)
- Make-up Gain - -40 dB to +40 dB
- Threshold - -100 dB to 0 dB
- Ratio - 1 to 50:1 (compression), 0.5:1 to 1:1 (expansion)
- Cancellation Mode - -50:1 to -5:1 to cancel out very loud signals
- Attack - 0.01 ms to 1,000 ms
- Release - 1 ms to 10,000 ms
- PDR - program dependant release
- EQ Mode - wideband, sidechain, or split
- Gain Reduction Meter - -36 dB to +24 dB
- Control Level Meter - -100 dB to 0 dB
Gate/Expander
- Bypass - enables or disables the module
- Gate/Expander Control - switches between gate and expander modes
- Floor - -infinity to +12 dB (gate/expander mode), -100N to -10N negative polarity (expander mode)

- Attack - 0.01 ms to 1,000 ms
