Maserati GRP Native from Waves is general purpose tool for helping the final mix stand out a little bit more by gently processing groups of instruments. It features EQ and some subtle compression for use on the groups that include live drums, programmed drums, guitars, strings, keyboards, background vocals, and of course the master channel.
For instance the plug-in can be used to add a nice sheen on a blend of background vocals, or compress a drum kit to give it some "glue".
