Would this cable power a non-Teradek brand, 2-pin lemo device? Specifically, a different brand video transmitter.
There should be no issue at all. However, prudence dictates that you should check the polarity of the connections before hooking it up.

Does this work with the AUX 2-pin LEMO on DSMC2 cameras?
Unfortunately, there is no way for us to test this, not any manufacturer we could ask. That being said, if the jack on the particular RED camera is 2-pin, it probably will work. Do not use without checking the polarity first. And as a last reminder, such use is unsupported meaning if anything goes wrong, the manufacturers with not repair under warranty.
