The Archos 4GB 35 Internet Tablet features a 3.5" touch screen display with a 272 x 480 native resolution, as well as support for up to 720p HD video playback. Archos has equipped the tablet with an internal rechargeable lithium polymer battery, which supports up to six hours of video playback and up to 24 hours of audio playback. The device features MPEG-4, H.264, Motion JPEG in VGA resolution and Cinema MPEG2 video playback support. Plus, it supports AVI, MP4, MOV, 3GP, MPG, PS, TS, VOB, MKV, FLV, RM, RMVB and ASF video codecs.

For audio, the tablet supports MP3 (CBR/VBR), WAV (PCM/ADPCM), AAC, AAC+ 5.1, OGG Vorbis, FLAC and the optional (via software plug-in) AC3 5.1 file formats.
