The Hitech 6 x 6" FLD Filter is color correction filter allowing the use of daylight-balanced film with fluorescent lighting. The slight purple tone of the filter eliminates the greenish hue caused by fluorescent bulbs and corrects it for approximately 5500K.
There is a 3x filter factor with this filter, requiring an increase of 1.6 stops for normal exposure. This filter measures 6 x 6" / 152.4 x 152.4mm and is constructed out of CR-39 dyed resin.
