question

What is the 4 pin connector on the top left corner of the card used for? Is this a supplement power in connection and if so what pin is the + or the red wire of a 4 pin female power plug? If this is a power in connection what is the voltage required and is it necessary to supply this card with additional power or does the PCI-e slot supply all the needed power to run a full load on this card? Thanks
Asked by: Conrad K.
The pins on the top left of the HighPoint Rocket 640L are for manufacturer use only. The PCIe slot will provide the required power.
