Best deal in the world for a good basic tripod

Very simple and very sturdy, and a very good stiffness-weight ratio. I use it mainly with Sony A7r2 with up to 100-400 lens, and it's perfectly adequate for that. Will handle any SLR with reasonable lenses. If you need light(ish) and sturdy but don't need the most compact folded size, this can't be beat. This is the third Feisol I've owned and have been very satisfied with all of them. They're not just good for the money, they're good, period.

This is as good as Manfrotto carbon tripod plus very light and easy to setup. It can hold heavy cameras as well ! Highly recommended

Does one of the feisol leveling bases with ...

Does one of the feisol leveling bases with tension handle support this tripod? If not is there another brand/make that will?

Sorry, we do not have a Leveling Base for the CT-3301. Leveling Bases are only offered for the FEISOL Tournament and Elite Series, as well as the large Classic Series Tripods tripods (CT-3371/3471). We are not aware of another brand offering a Leveling Base for the CT-3301.

can we flatten all the legs of this tripod on the ground ( flat surface ) for ground level shots ??

Yes you can...but not totaly flat, it will still be about 6 inches off the ground, not including the head.
