The QRC-50 Quick Release Clamp from Feisol can be used with any tripod or monopod that has a 3/8" or 1/4" screw size, to provide an Arca-Swiss-compatible quick release without having a ballhead. It can be used on any mount that does not have a built-in quick-release mechanism. This includes the quick-release clamp only--a quick-release plate is required and is available separately.

Is the knob on the side the same height as the clamp? Could the knob be adjusted while mounted flush to a table?
Knob is lower than the clamp. the clamp would need to be elevated for the knob to turn and for the clamp to be level.

does this clamp comes with an adapter bushing?
Yes it does, a 3/8 > 1/4 reducer. Just be sure and do not overlook it in the bubble packaging like I did initially. It is very small.
