The Feisol CC-2807 Short Center Column is a replacement column for select Feisol tripods. The short column allows you to get those extreme low angle shots than are impossible to get with the Feisol long center column installed. Swapping columns from long to short and back again is a quick process that requires no tools. The short column adds only 2.8 oz of weight to your Feisol tripod, and comes with a 1.6" mounting platform with a 3/8" mounting screw for attaching a Still Photo tripod head.

I wanted a short center post for my Feisol tripod to allow low to the ground shots. Quick install, and I was on my way! I rarely used the center post extended before, but if I wanted to install the longer center post it would only take a few seconds. If you own a Feisol tripod, this is a must-have accessory.

Cheap insurance if you need to get low to the ground. This short center column will sit in my Feisol travel tripod bag's side pouch so I will always have it with the tripod and with me if I need it to get the shot. It swaps in and out in seconds and adds a lot of versatility to my shot selection options.
