The Shure SBC200US Transmitter & Battery Charger is a powered, dual-bay battery charger for Shure SB900 wireless transmitter batteries (not included). Drop in handheld and bodypack transmitters with the batteries installed, or charge the SB900 batteries individually. Up to 4 SBC200s may be powered from a single PS60 power supply (included). Among some of the supported transmitters include the SB900A, UR5, P3RA, P9RA, P10R, AD1, AD2, QLX-D, and ULX-D digital wireless systems.

Will this charger work to charge a QLXD1 bodypack ...

Will this charger work to charge a QLXD1 bodypack transmitter with SB900 battery and without taking the battery out of the transmitter?

Yes, the Shure SBC200US Transmitter & Battery Charger with Power Supply will charge a Shure QLXD1 Digital Wireless Bodypack Transmitter using an SB900 battery within, without having to remove the battery from the transmitter.

Can these units be ganged together using one power supply?

You can connect up to 4 of the Shure SBC200US Transmitter & Battery Charger with Power Supply together, using just a single power supply connected to the wall outlet. Yes. This drop-in charger features two bays which will simultaneously charge either 2 bodypacks (transmitters or monitoring receivers), 2 handheld transmitters, 2 batteries, or any 1+1 combination of those three. It is compatible with all Shure products that utilize the SB900 or SB900A rechargeable lithium ion battery.
