As of today, 12/4/2018, the photo shown above is the actual bar as delivered.  You can see the concave-faced washers which go on either side of the Rollys uprights.  What you cant see is the small nut that goes inside either end of the bar, which moves around and falls out, but which you cant reach to hold in place as you try to connect the bolt that holds the Multi Bar onto the uprights.  A Rube Goldberg design.

Poorly designed

As the other review here states, installation of this Multi-Holding Bar is a nightmare. I finally got mine installed, but what a hideous design. Note that the photo appearing here is not the bar that was delivered a few weeks ago. That bar has a large black plastic head on the screw that attaches the bar to both sides of the Rolly, plus multiple washers for both the outside and inside of the Rollys uprights. Four of the washers are special, curved pieces of plastic made to grip the upright. All of those pieces need to be somehow held in place while you insert the screw from the outside and somehow find the unattached nuts located inside the bar. Good luck! (Again, the photo shown here does not show the actual product, but an idealized version with none of the unnecessary complexity of the actual bar.) That this comes from the land of Mercedes and BMW is inexplicable.
