Excellent Optics, works well with glasses

I purchased these to replace a similar model from a different manufacturer. I was impressed by the size of the optics and how easily the lenses could be changed. Do note that they have specific instructions for removing the lenses from the holder so that either one won;t be damaged. Only thing I found lacking was that the visor portion of the system. It could use being extended by about .5 inch. In my case I wanted the bring the visor down a bit more into my eyeline (I have a pretty serious prism issue). The bulge on the back of the visor that holds the lamp hits my forehead. If it were extended out a bit that would make it a bit more adjustable and certainly more comfortable (for me anyway) to wear.

This is a well made unit in all respects. Strong plastic and very bright light. Uses three AAA batteries. A bit hard to install. Tight. Also, the lamp itself, while very well made, is a bit tight when placing the unit back into its holder. Be careful to not push the unit in too deep. Just enough to hold it securely or firmly. Price wise, good value from a company you can trust. The magnifiers are also well made and come in their own case with cleaning cloth. All in all, a good purchase. Why only four stars? Because the instructions are a bit confusing. Not a big deal, but a little bit of a challenge to understand.
