Datavideo SE-500P PAL SD Switcher with Monitors and HDD Recorder

The SE-500P PAL SD Switcher with Monitors and HDD Recorder is a bundle by Datavideo that combines the Pal version of the Datavideo SE-500 switcher, the Datavideo TLM-702 monitor panel, and the Datavideo DN-700 hard drive recorder with the Datavideo RKM-572 mounting frame. The kit components assemble to create a one-piece solution for SD analog location video switching (composite and S-Video) and digital recording to removable media. Once assembled, the kit is suitable for productions needing a compact control center to cover events at houses of worship, live event locations, educational facilities, and DJ video shows.

The SE-500P switcher is a studio-capable, four-input video mixer offering composite and Y/C functionality. Each input includes both an S-Video as well as a composite BNC connector; however, only one of the two may be used at a time. It features multiple effects, microphone inputs, and a quad-split preview monitor output. It has a built-in TBC for each video input for stabilizing the video signal. An RGB color processor and color corrector for each video input allow you to fine-tune the image. The built-in T-bar controls transitions, and the four built-in audio sliders provide control of three audio channels and a Master output level. The quad preview output of the SE-500P allows you to watch up to four video inputs on the same screen, while at the same time watch the selected input on the program monitor built into the TLM-702. When using the optional Datavideo TB-5 tally box with included cables, the switcher controls tally lights at four camera positions. The MIDI interface and RS-232 port expands the capabilities of the SE-500P beyond manual switcher, and allows remote and automated control.
