It's fairly small, I'm going to guesstimate that it's about 12.5 inches folded up and at the lowest setting.

It is adjustable. Maximum extension from center vertical pole to end of leg is radius about 10.5 Mine is quite sturdy even adjusted to 9.5 radius.
