Hi! What cable do I need to power the servo motor zoom an a lens with a v-lock battery? Could someone link please?

Most B4 lenses work with 12pin power connections and you could work with this cable. FotodioX 12-Pin Hirose to D-Tap Power Cable for ENG Lens Servo Functions https://bhpho.to/2Ixd7qs

question

will this work on my sony Fs7 camera?
Asked by: Geordin
When you stack the adapters in this package, it allows the use of B4 lenses on E-mount camera's such as the FS7. The added advantage is that you can also put the B4 lenses on Canon EF mount cameras as well.

question

is this adaptor crop the image from a 2/3 fujinon 4.8 lens?
Asked by: Anonymous
Sorry, but we are not understanding what you are asking regarding a 4.8 lens. We can say that if you have a Fujinon 2/3 HD lens that has a 2x extender built in, you can now use it on a Canon or a Sony camera with a Super35 sensor. (It will not work on a full frame sensor for it will vignette.) Regarding field of view, I suggest forgetting crop factor and learn what is wide, normal and tele is for the format you are using rather than calculating the crop factor of a format you are not using. For example, in Super35, 18mm is very wide, 32mm normal and 60mm tele. If you use a typical Fujinon 8.0-128mm Quick Zoom ENG HD lens and engage the 2x extender, it now is a 16mm to 256mm lens. This will give you the focal lengths for what you need to do and much more.

is there a support bridge for 19mm rail instead of the 15mm rail ?
Asked by: John
MTF does not offer this with a 19mm support bridge. You can use any of the many others available. Here is the most affordable and the next up in price and quality.

question

Do you have to use the doubler if your using the 2k center cut on a Sony F5 or F55?
Asked by: Brad
I have successfully used the adapter without needing a doubler in 2K Center on my FS7. I imagine the F55 is similar. The firmware update made the 2x extender unnecessary and preserve maximum light intake.

question

Does the power for the lens servo come thru the EF contacts, or is there a need to get an accessory for the lens cable?
Asked by: James
Sorry, there is no power connection between the camera and the lens with these adapters. You get top shelf fit and finish and no play with these thoroughly professional adapters. The solution is you have to supply lens power separately. At this time the popular way is off the camera battery with the cable seen below.
