The Alesis DMPad 16" 3-Zone Ride Cymbal is a rubber cymbal pad that has three triggering zones for three different sounds. Emulating an acoustic cymbal, the DMPad 16" can trigger sounds at the bow, bell, and edge, providing for accurate electronic drum, or e-drum performance. Alesis designed the DMPad 16" to react similarly to an acoustic cymbal, which allows for a natural performance while remaining quiet when struck. The DMPad 16" is even chokable, allowing you to perform cymbal grabs and stops as you would with an acoustic cymbal.
The DMPad 16 can be mounted on most cymbal stands and can be integrated into any Alesis DM series e-drum kit.
