Aluminum construction makes installation easy and saves on shipping costs. Weight capacity is 500 lb.
The CMA-455 2 x 2' Suspended Ceiling Tile Replacement Plate from Chief offers quick installation without cutting any ceiling tiles. It replaces one 2 x 2' ceiling tile or sits above the suspended ceiling, and it is secured to the structure above via four tie wires. The threaded hole accepts a 1.5" NPT extension column.
