The Mobotix M12D-SEC Dual Lens 3 MP Camera with Filter (2x 43mm Night Lenses) comes with 2 integrated image sensors. It features a special filter to enhance image contrast for applications such as license plate recognition. This camera offers up to 8x zoom that brings distant objects up to 8 times closer without compromising on image clarity, while creating minimal network load (MPEG: approximately 1 Mbps, CIF 25 fps) and supports a video resolution of up to 2048 x 1536 pixels (color sensor). Besides bi-directional audio and video motion detection, this camera incorporates a passive IR sensor. The Ethernet, ISDN and RS232 interfaces of the camera comply with current IT standards, including GSM/GPRS/UMTS (3G).
