I purchased this adapter to provide backup power for my Nikon Z6ii from a Quantum Turbo battery. the camera does not recognize the connection. After conversations with Quantum and Nikon support, I suspect that the main problem is that this adapter  is not a true USB-C device.  From what little I know about USB-C PD, I think this adapter is very bad at a proper negotiation to determine power levels.  It does seem to be able to negotiate “Fast Charging” with an old Samsung phone. But fails when negotiating with my Z6ii camera.  A power bank I have with a USB-C connection works perfectly fine with the Z6ii.  Quantum support agrees with this conclusion. So I think the bottom line is that the adapter may be usable to charge a phone but will not work as a backup camera power source when I am shooting with the quantum battery powering my flash.  I think you need to be much more specific in your product description.  It kind of defeats the point of have a powerful battery like a Quantum Turbo or Bolt if that power cannot be feed through to a device.

Its works for for it's supposed to do. All this power can be shared and this is the cable to do it with.

Looks like it has 6 pins but my (1st gen) Quantum Turbo battery only has 5-pinholes, are they compatible (as overview says)?

The Bolt USB Device Charging Cable for Bolt Cyclone Battery Pack (B&H# BOUSBC) is not compatible with any battery that does not have the appropriate type of female 7-pin power port. Note that there are six male pins in this device's plug, five of which being evenly spaced from each other with the sixth being double the distance from the fifth relative to the other pins' distances from each other. Can you use this cord to charge the Cyclone PP-300 & 310 Battery itself when hooked up to USB to wall charter? I lost the charging cable and can't find any chargers compatible online. Thank you!

The Bolt USB Device is not made to charge a Bolt battery. It is made to charge your cell phone or other USB device from the Bolt battery. Unfortunately Bolt no longer makes a charging cord for the 300 or 310 models.

With this adapter you can power anything that you can power from a standard USB. I use it to charge my IPad . I have a bolt double port battery ,so I can power my flash and the USB AT THE SAME TIME.
