The Samyang 85mm f/1.4 Aspherical Lens for Pentax gives you a medium telephoto field of view that's ideal for portraits. With a hybrid aspherical lens and multi-layer coating, you can produce sharply defined images with a minimum of flare and ghosting. The 85mm lens focuses as close as 3.3' (1.0 m). The Samyang 85mm f/1.4 Aspherical IF Lens for Sony E-Mount Cameras is a full frame lens, and can be used on full frame E-mount cameras, such as the a7.

I have a Nikon D7100 that has a motor built in. Can it autofocus this lens even though it is a manual focus lens?

No it cannot. The D7100 requires that the lenses be designed to be focused automatically (aka Autofocus lenses). A lens such as this which is designated as a manual focus only lens cannot be autofocused even if the camera has an autofocus engine in it. That is one of the reasons this lens is as affordable as it is.
