This Movcam Top Handle Kit, in silver, attaches in place of the C300's stock handle and provides rod mount capability, shoe mounts, and mounting threads.
1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 threads run along the top, bottom, and sides of the handle. One cold shoe is integrated on the handle, another is repositionable into any of the 1/4"-20 threads, and a third one is mountable on 15mm rods. Two 8" 15mm rods and a 4" 15mm rod are included for use in an integrated dual rod clamp and sideways rod port. The 4" rod is intended to support the rod-mount cold shoe.
The handle attaches into the C300's shoe mount and further secures with a 1/4"-20 screw and two extended-length tape hooks. The handle itself consists of two parts which screw into each other, and you can remove one from the other if you'd like your handle to be shorter.
