question

Do I need a specific head to attach to this tripod or would it work with any 75mm Ball head?
Asked by: Julian
Hello, most 75mm ball heads can be attached to this tripod. Recommended Libec heads include RH45D, RH25D, H38B. and ALX H. Note, tripods purchased as an itemized or individual unit do not include a spreader (mid level or floor level). A spreader is sold separately.

question

folded length not specified by manufacturer -- Can anyone tell me the length?
Asked by: David M.
Hi David, Sorry for the delayed response and thank you for your inquiry. The folded length for the RT30B is 16 , excluding the head, not 28 . The RT30B has a 3yr warranty, thank you for your consideration.

question

how can the tripod get to 16 (stated minimum height) for low to the ground shots?
Asked by: theo d.
Thank you for your inquiry. The best way to achieve the minimum height for low ground shots is to use the tripod with a Libec SP-2B floor level spreader. The spreader will allow a low yet stable option with the tripod. If you have additional questions, please feel free to reach us at 310-787-9400, thanks.

question

Asked by: Shaefy
Hello, Pls note that the TC-6 is a carrying case for our discontinued TH-650HD, are you referring to this tripod system? Also, the ALX S8 is a slider, are you planning storing your ALX S8 slider with your tripod? With regards to storage, we recommend the Libec RC-70 Professional Carrying Case as it can also be checked in at the airport. If you are referring to compatibility, the RT30B is a good option for the ALX S8 slider as it has increased stability. Pls note that the RT30B tripod does not include a mid level or floor level spreader. If you are considering the RT30, pls consider the BR-2B Mid level spread and FP-2B Foot Pads or the SP-2B Floor Level Spreader. Note, the SP-2B already included attached foot pads. Feel free to contact the Libec office in Torrance, CA for additional information, thanks.
