The Poly Y Training Adapter Cord allows you to connect two headsets with QD (Quick Disconnect) connections to one phone. It also includes a mute switch which allows you to mute either headset. The cable is suitable for the training of phone representatives, allowing the trainer to use the mute switch to take control of the conversation if necessary.
