The Kupo Baby 5/8" Grip Arm Pin is designed to be inserted into a grip head or grip arm with a grip head. The pin's length ensures that when fully inserted, there is enough of it protruding from the head to mount a light or other accessory with a 5/8" receiver on it.

Baby 5/8" Grip Arm Pin is rated 4.8 out of 5 by 20.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Never leave home without it This should really come standard with any c stand. The baby pin makes it so much easier to mount a strobe low on the stand because you have an upright spigot instead of hanging the strobe upside down from the grip arm (which also makes me a little nervous because there's no indent on the grip arm, so it's really just held on by the friction of the locking mechanism). It's also difficult to impossible to have some larger modifiers out on the horizontal grip arm at an angle; gravity just pulls the modifier straight down. This baby pin takes care of that.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Didn't Work I was looking for something to keep my strobe flash from slipping - hoping the textured tip would work for this, but it didn't. For $ - I'll find another use for it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect I use heavy lights with a C-stand knuckle a lot. I often have a light upside down and one time the pin I was using fell out and the light hit the ground. B&H suggested this one for its rim on the bottom that will stop it from falling. Its PERFECT, good price, rock solid. Makes me a lot more comfortable with my lights in the stand.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great value!! It's a grip arm pin so provided it can't bend (which this one doesn't) it works. Kupo grip gear is great value and no nonsense. After 24 years using Matthews I only buy Kupo now and provided it's durable and good value I don't care where it's made.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Value, helps stop twisting Really great value. Not only is this pin less expensive than most competitors, the quality is good and the texturized surface of the indent helps lighter weight modifiers from twisting/rotating when boomed, and instills more confidence overall.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from shortmetal stick, performs as expected There really isn't much to say about this product. It'sa handy C-stand accessory. Arguably a must-have if you use yourC-stands to hold lights. This one has a texturedbaby stud end for extragrip. Not all grip arm pins have that feature.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from It's a must have! The finish and quality of this pin is outstanding! It's an essential tool that works great in conjunction with my 40 Kupo swivel arm. My photogenic strobes assemble easy and any other 5/8 accessories. Sure is a great buy. (5*)

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Simple, works, nothing to complain about Not much to say about a pin, but it works as designed. Chrome finish is nice and seems durable so far. The female threads are nice to have, though I haven't had a use for them really.
