A Solid Workhorse of a Block

For reference, the camera this has been paired with is a Cambo 4x5 with monorail. In the few shots I have taken with the mounting block so far, it has held the camera steadily, both when the camera is upright and parallel to the ground (the tripod is rather strong as well, which helps). While the photos taken have not yet been developed, I am curious to continue playing around with the possibilities this mounting block will offer.

I bought a used Large Format camera and did not realize it came without the tripod mount. Brand new OEM mounting block. Works as described.
