Pelco DX8116 Overview

The Pelco DX81168000MD Hybrid Video Recorder offers advanced recording functionality that allows you to monitor your business or home, locally or remotely. This HVR is designed to interface up to 32 analog/IP cameras to a network. Furthermore, the dual-stream capability of this encoder allows you to simultaneously view and playback the live recordings of 2 different places on the monitor. You can view the recorded videos and images in real-time at a frame rate of 30 fps.

The configuration tools of this recorder allow you to easily install the IP cameras without any license fees. All the recorded footage can be easily stored on the equipped 8 TB hard drive. Furthermore, USB 2.0 JBOD External Storage supports up to 8 TB. The DS ControlPoint software (not included) allows you to connect this hybrid video recorder to a Digital Sentry system and other compatible DX series HVRs/DVRs. It offers you the liberty to simultaneously view live recording and aids in controlling the camera via the recorder.
