Great as a counterweight

I prefer shot bags over sand bags because they're smaller, heavier and don't spill sand. I bought this as a counterweight for a C Stand Boom Arm, to rig an Amaran 200d above set. Perfect weight and size for that.

One of three ordered came with two split ends, causing all the shot fill to spill everywhere. Looked like a gag. How could something like that be shipped? The split ends had little loose threading which is a sign of a poorly stitched bag. With one email to the Customer Service dept, I was offered a return/swap or brand new bag as replacement. Just the client service I knew B&H to be all about. Disappointment turned to an impressed confidence in B&H and employees. Thank you B&H very much.
