The MultiSync MD215MG 21.3" Grayscale 5 Mp Medical Diagnostic Monitor from NEC is a medical-grade, widescreen diagnostic display. It is designed for healthcare professionals for medical imaging and Picture Archiving and Communication Systems (PACS). This 5 Mp IPS model provides precise grayscale reproduction and wide viewing angles. The integrated backlight and front sensor monitor and adjust the display's brightness to maintain the DICOM GSDF calibration. It has a native resolution of 2560 x 2048, 600:1 contrast ratio and calibrated brightness of 500 cd/m2.

A protective front panel protects the screen from accidental damages. It has a four-way ergonomic functionality with height-adjust, swivel, tilt and pivot. The screen has a DVI-D input and a built-in two port USB hub, external power adaptor and 11.9-bit lookup tables (LUTs) with 256 shades of gray for better hardware calibration.
