Wrong Cable

Ordered this cable, got a different cable than the one pictured.. it was XLR3F to XLR5M but the right angle is at a different angle than the one pictured here. I returned it, and made my case clear to customer service.. they agreed to send me another cable which I made communicate should be the one from the ad. I instead got the same exact cable back again months later...

question

Hi There, I own a Sony PMW350K camera and the output of the front mic is a 5pin female connector, I want to install a shotgun mic with standard 3pin XLR connection, this one works for that purposes or do you have other options?, Thanks
Asked by: Manuel
This would be the recommended cable which allows the connection of a mono mic to a stereo XLR mic input.
