The VariZoom Cinetrac Master System is a dolly, flex track, and tripod/fluid head setup that allows you to take smooth dolly shots in a variety of situations where traditional track setups would be cumbersome. The system comes complete with the FH100 Fluid Head, TC-100A Tripod, CineTrac Dolly, and a 22' (6.7m) flexible track.
The VZ-FH100 Fluid Head incorporates professional features and performance in a lightweight, durable, compact form factor, thereby making it apt choice for event videography, location shooting, and independent filmmaking. The 100mm half-ball allows quick leveling and universal compatibility with any standard 100mm bowl-mount tripod.
With variable drag settings for both pan and tilt, as well as an adjustable counterbalance setting, the fluid head easily handles cameras up to 22 lb (10kg). You can adjust the tilt drag with a large, round, soft-touch knob on the side of the head. The tilt drag knob has index marks and a smooth, detent-feedback feel that lets you know the adjustment is accurate and consistent. A similar, but smaller knob at the base of the head allows you to adjust the pan drag. Counterbalance is easily adjusted for different loads using a soft-touch knob at the back of the head. The counterbalance knob has a rounded-square shape to distinguish it from the drag knobs, but a similarly smooth, detent-feedback feel for accurate adjustment. A backlit leveling bubble enables quick leveling even in darkness.
The VZ-CINETRAC dolly is designed to work with VZ-TRACK rubber tube track. It offers variable length platform legs, swiveling castors, and great maneuverability for set-ups containing cranes, jibs, and large cameras with teleprompters.
The VZ-FH100 Fluid Head comes standard with a single telescoping pan handle. A second handle can be separately purchased as an accessory, allowing a studio-style dual-handle control setup. The VZ-FH100 Fluid Head can work with 100mm tripods from other manufacturers.
The TC100A Video Tripod Legs offer maximum strength and stability. This heavy-duty tripod is well-suited for any ENG or HD camera setup.
