The DC4-156 Compound Microscope with Camera from National Optical is a three-objective device with an integrated digital imaging sensor for capturing 1.3 megapixel pictures of your specimens. The 1.3MP camera is capable of capturing and outputting 1240 x 1024 resolution images that are detailed enough to zoom without distracting pixelation. This compound microscope features a 10x magnification eyepiece in the angled viewing head, and a three-hole nosepiece includes 4x, 10x, and 40xR objectives. The three DIN objectives are achromatic, parfocalled, parcentered, and color coded. A low-position focusing system has a separate control each for the coarse and fine focus adjustments; slip clutch and rack stop mechanisms help protect microscope optics and slides from accidental damage.
Included Motic 2.0ML software offers a variety of useful tools for students and lab technicians alike. Motic designed their imaging software to deliver intuitive view, capture, and manipulate tools that are easy to use and deep with options. Once an image of the specimen has been captured, operators can zoom, crop, label, measure, and save their work. Motic software is compatible with Mac and Windows operating systems and is plug-and-play with the microscope once the software is installed.
