Would these filter pouches fit in the Lee Filter Field Pouch slots. Interested in additional protection for round filters while housing them in the pouches within the Field Pouch?
Yes, the LEE Filters Filter Pouch for 4 x 4" Filter will fit into a Lee Field Pouch slot, as long as the Field Pouch is the 150 x 170, and not the 100 x 150.

Does this version that B&H sells include belt loops on the back?

This particular Lee Filter Pouch for 4 x 4 Filters lacks a belt loop. The same model as link in your inquiry is the LEE Filters Triple Pouch for 100 x 100mm Filters, BH # LE100TFFP which does include the belt loop.
