does anyone know which profile to use. there are two on the Ilford site n_GPSPP11_EPSpro7890_9890_PGPP250n and n_GPSPP12_EPSpro7890_9890_PGPP250n?
For this specific paper which is 310 gsm, you should use the 2nd one which is n_GPSPP12_EPSpro7890_9890_PGPP250n the first one GPSPP11 profile is for the same paper if it's 290 gsm. Ilford has in the past changed weights of papers therefore they have multiple profiles.

What printer do you use? I just checked, and it is available on Ilford's website here (
https://ilford.com/printer-profiles-paper-settings) for a variety of the printers specified.
For example, the previous answer's P800,
Choose "Galerie", "Epson", "Surecolor P800", scroll down, Smooth Pearl (IGPSPP12_EPSC800_EPGn.icc).
