The Ikegami ICD-609VR Vandal-Resistant High-Resolution Day/Night Camera (NTSC) is an ideal choice for 24/7 surveillance applications that require high-resolution images of the surveillance area. This camera provides high resolution images up to 540 TVL in color mode and 570 TVL in monochrome mode, and features the true day/night changeover function that enables it to provide uninterrupted surveillance be it day or night.
With its 1/3" Interline transfer sensor and 9-22mm varifocal lens, the camera accurately captures every aspect of any scene and reproduces high-resolution images. A minimum illumination of 1.2 lux (color) and 0.12 lux (monochrome) makes the camera suitable for lowlight surveillance. Defined by its true Day/Night (infrared cut filter) function, the camera switches between color and B&W as per changes in ambient lighting, ensuring accurate color reproduction in daylight and enhanced B&W images at night.
For accurate focus, simply press the Focus EZ button on the camera and the iris opens to reduce the depth of field and make focusing significantly easier. At the same time, the shutter is automatically set to obtain the correct exposure. This way you can obtain clear images without any special adjustment.
