The ColliMotor Collimating Hand Unit for SkyQuest XT10/XT12 from JMI Telescopes is one of a kind tool used to collimate the primary mirror of Orion's 10 or 12" SkyQuest telescopes. This tool is a great accessory for the advanced amateur or professional astronomer with a do-it-yourself spirit. The hand unit has three momentary switches, each one controls a single servo motor. Each motor controls the in/out movement of one of the three collimation bolts. Heavy springs replace the standard locking screws on each bolt to enable control of the primary mirror.
