Ok but not the best choice

Build quality is very good on this mount but that it attaches with only one screw allows it to turn slightly on the cage whenever you put on or take off an accessory. I would recommend the Walimex cold shoe mount from B&H that attaches with two screws and also of very high quality. Both mounts are metal so they will stand up to professional use.
