The Zacuto Ratcheting Lever for Tightening Various Zacuto Components is connected to the screw within it by a spring mechanism. As soon as the screw tightens as far as possible in whatever component you're tightening, you can pull back on the red lever a bit and rotate it in any direction without undoing the screw. The point of doing so is to position the red lever in a way that won't interfere with other accessories.

Hi, can somebody tell me if the screw equals a M4? Thanks in advance
This is a specific part that Zacuto makes to replace the standard lever on many of their products with a ratcheting one. They do not publish the exact size because it is designed specifically for their products. If you have a Zacuto product and wish to replace the standard lever, these will work. If not we have some M4 sized screws to consider.
