TriggerSmart Infra-Red Transmitter and Sound Sensor Unit

The Infra-Red Transmitter and Sound Sensor Unit by TriggerSmart is a dual functioning sensor unit for the TriggerSmart Camera Triggering System. This sensor is included in the TriggerSmart Kit, but can be purchased individually as a spare or to be used with other sensors for multiple triggering applications. This unit acts as an Infra-red Transmitter which shoots an IR beam to an IR Receiver.  When that beam is broken, the camera is triggered to shoot. The unit doubles as a Sound Sensor and signals the camera to shoot when a sound is detected. Sound sensitivity is adjusted by the TriggerSmart Control Unit to which the IR Transmitter and Sound Sensor is connected via a sensor cable. The microphone sensitivity frequency response is from 50 to 5000 Hz.
