1st one NO CHARGE in battery!  2nt one worked fine.

Installing a new battery in a APC Smart-UPS SMT1500 requires that there is already  some charge in the battery.  The first APC #7 Battery Cartridge I received, had NO charge at all!  When connected to the APC Smart-UPS , the APC could not tell that there was a battery installed. I returned the 1st APC #7 Battery Cartridge and have now installed the 2nd one. The 2nd one was fully charged, works fine with no problems. The return process was simple, but B&H would not ship the replacement until they received the return, causing several days delay.

Good quality, easy to replace, but expensive.

To obtain the rating the specific APC Model would be required. Due to different factors of power consumption varying on different units.
