The Impact Fabric Grid for 24 x 24" Quikbox gives you all of the benefits of a soft, low-contrast light source with the addition of the control and directionality you would normally get from a reflector. The grid tunnels the light forward, reducing spill light that might compromise your background lighting or produce flare. It attaches via simple touch fasteners and quickly folds flat to a fraction of its open size for storage.

Is there diffusion material already attached?
No, the white is part of the two diffusion panels that come with your soft box. Make sure you get the right size grid for your soft box.

Does anyone know if it will attach to the Lastolite 24x24 ezybox? (which has velcro on all sides to hold the outer baffle)?
I don't know about Lastolite ezybox in particular, but I use them with Cowboy Studio 24x24 softboxes and just scoot the outer baffle in a bit so it's half on the velcro 1/8 and leave a little strip sticking out 1/8 to attach the grids and it works great for me.
