The black Peerless-AV PTM200 Universal Tablet Mount was designed to mount tablets that weigh up to five pounds and measure between 6.71 and 11.21" wide, 3.73 to 7.87" high, and up to 0.75" deep. With its width- and height-adjustable cradle, it will support nearly any tablet and can be connected to a mount with a 75 x 75mm VESA pattern.

Seems a little cheap but does its job.
Used this with a Peerless ETT100 to mount a Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 in 10.1 size tablet on a wall. Used a second one to mount same on a desktop. We are using them for sign-in terminals at the club. We used the security screw kit so nothing would evaporate when we couldn't be watching. The combination works well. Angle adjustment is limited in both directions, but is enough for our purpose so persons between 10 years old and adult can comfortably use the tablet if mounted at the right median height. The width and height range for the tablet only allows our 10 tablet to mount one way and then the fingers cover the back and menu buttons but in our use they are not needed and discourage the teens from surfing the network when not watched.
