Training DVD for the Nikon D800 is rated 4.0 out of 5 by 3.
Rated 3 out of 5 by from Basic information I wish I could rate this training DVD higher, I really do. Pros: 1. Good production values. 2. The instructor does a great job of speaking clearly in a natural and friendly manner. 3. On two occasions there is value added because the camera controls when used in combination can be not obvious. For example dealing with the focus settings when used in combination with each other. Cons: Well, only one con: 1. Very basic information. If you are brand new to Nikon I suppose this could be useful. If you already use Nikon I very much doubt this is any better than reading the manual, and most of it you already know. Note to producer: The value of an instructional DVD to me is that a professional photographer is able to give some insight to the camera settings based on his or her experiences. For me, that's when I say, Wow, I'm so glad I bought this DVD.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good for what it is This DVD is very good for getting you started. If you're experienced and looking for a lot of in depth information you may want to find something else. I'd recommend this to those looking for an excellent overview of what the D800 can do.
