I recently converted an old point of sale terminal into a touchscreen controller for my smart lights... the hardware is at least 20 years old, and only supports 32-bit architecture, so I ended up also needing to use a 10+ year operating system. You can imagine my surprise when this wifi adapter was plug and play! No need to even install drivers, much less build my own (which I was expecting to need to do given how old my equipment is), so this adapter get's ★★★★★ from me!

It should work with any current windows OS. We use these on touch-screen kiosks installed at employer sites. They plug into a standard USB port and we installed the driver on the kiosk running windows 7.
