The photo makes it look like it's flexible like the Lectrosonics version, but it is straight and stiff. It works fine, but it can get in the way a little because of its rigidity.

Nothing really to complain about. Maybe it is a tinsy bit longer than it should be since the previous one was definitely shorter, but still works.
