What is the inner diameter and depth in cm?
Asked by: seunghee
The manufacturer has not provided dimensions for the inside diameter and depth of the Auray WRF-H2N Windscreen, but the WRF-H2N was designed specifically for the Zoom H2n Portable Handy Recorder which is 2.7 x 4.5 x 1.7" (6.76 x 11.39 x 4.27 cm). You can compare photos of the recorder by itself (bit.ly/3MVk1VO) and with the windscreen attached (bit.ly/460L0rL) to get a better idea of the inside depth. The windscreen covers about half of the recorder's length, so I would estimate the inside depth to be approximately 2.24" (5.69 cm). For the diameter, the windscreen is more oval than round and it fits snug, so I would use the dimensions of the H2n as the diameter - 2.7 x 1.7" (6.76 x 4.27 cm). So even though the exact dimensions for the WRF-H2N are not provided, you can get a good approximation by using the dimensions of the H2n.
