These pics are a new product from the legendary microphone manufacturer Telefunken. The triangle shape is a great pick for bass or jazz guitar. The shape is perfect for this style of playing. There are many shapes and thicknesses available. Having tried these, I wish they were a little bit smaller. The 2 millimeter diamond pick are also worth trying. Although they are a little pricey, there's really nothing else like them on the market. Give them a try!
