Yes, the Lomography Orca Black and White Negative Film can be developed in D76 with a 1 to 1 dilution for 7 minutes at 68 degrees.

Is this the same 110 film with will work in the older 80s model blue Fisher Price cameras with the black rubber grips on the end(apologies for not knowing the model)? I'm sure I'm not the only one who got one of these as a first camera, and I recently found mine.
