This Auray Microphone Clip is a solution for lavalier (clip-on) microphone cables measuring 0.06 to 0.09" (1.5 to 2.2mm) in diameter. The clip accommodates one microphone and is ideal for both wireless and wired applications. The clip grips the cable and swivels, which provides greater flexibility in the positioning of the microphone.

These are my favorite clips because I can make a double loop wth the cable and rotate the mic without disconnecting it. For quick interview changeover this is a huuuuge help. The downside is the spring is just a piece of plastic and will break. For me it happened after only a few months. So I ordered a ton of spares, but I'd rather just pay a little more for a sturdier version of this design. So far haven't found that though!
I am an engineer at a television station. I was hoping these would be a good solution for our need for a universal rotating mic clip for our Sony ECM-44 lav mics. At $3 a piece, it is tough to get upset when they break, but the frequency with which they are breaking makes them a poor choice.
