The Telex ET-4 - Acoustic Eartube with Coiled Cable for IFB and Personal Monitoring is compatible for use with the Telex RTV-04 - Telethin Magnetic Earset Receiver - 125 Ohms (B&H # TERTV04). There are no items listed that have the "RTV-01" model number (perhaps that was a typo).
