  • Max Height: 3.8"

  • One Locking Lever for All Movement
The BA-126 Single Lever Ball Head from Oben is a simple ball head with one locking knob to control all motion. The knob allows you to unlock the ball so that you can quickly orient your camera properly, retighten the knob, and return to shooting. This enables fast setup changes, and frees you to keep a finger on the trigger while you're making a quick adjustment to the head's orientation. The head has a 90° notch which facilitates shooting in portrait orientation. One bull's eye and three tubular bubble levels ensure your camera is level on both the horizontal and vertical axes.

Asked by: David
The QR plate for the Oben BA-126 Single Lever Ball Head is a specific Oben plate measuring about 50mm wide. We suggest Oben RP-20 Quick Release Plate for best compatibility. https://bhpho.to/3JIruaR

question

I have a Canon 28-300mm lens and a Canon SL1 camera, will my Oben AC2310LA tripod and my Oben BA-O ball head support this set up or should I get a larger ball head or tripod? If so what do you suggest?
Asked by: Anonymous
Your tripod legs and ball head both have an 11 pound load capacity, which will suffice for the Canon 28-300mm and Rebel SL1 camera.

question

There is some loose play in the single lever on mine and I don't know if they all do that or if mine is a problem. I do not like the feel of it. I've tried to tighten via the one hex nut holding it on but it won't budge. Is this loose play normal or do I have a bad Oben? BTW, I'm talking about very little movement, maybe 1 to 2 sixteenths of an inch but it's enough for it not to feel right to me.
Asked by: chris
My oben is lock-tight. Granted i haven't put it through major use, i have used it a lot and have no problems so far. I think you may have a bad ballhead.
